Martban Pickles is an initiative by Harpal Singh Gulati, a computer engineer by profession. However, his true passion and enthusiasm resided in the world of everything food and gastronomy. Following the completion of his engineering degree, he decided to further hone his skills and pursued a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. To further his knowledge in his field of passion he enrolled in food tech courses at CFTRI Mysore, one of the most prominent institutions in the Country.
Combining his passion for Culinary paired with his newfound knowledge and expertise, Harpal returned to his hometown, eager to apply this knowledge to his family’s food processing business. Little did he know that this step was the start of an unexpected journey.
As Harpal settled into his new endeavour in the family business, he discovered something truly remarkable. His mother and grandmother were in the process of making some mouthwatering pickles using age-old recipes passed down throughout the generations. The intricate flavors and traditional techniques used were extremely intriguing to Harpal and he wished to share such a delicacy with the world.
It was during the festive season when Harpal decided to turn his family’s traditional pickle recipe into thoughtful gifts for his relatives. He meticulously packed multiple jars of this high quality and exquisite pickles with love, and each jar had a burst of flavor that left everyone astounded and wanting more!
Word quickly spread about Harpal’s homemade pickles and people expressed their desire to purchase these delectable and irresistible delights.
